Eight-Story Hotels Slated for Hollywood Way
Another proposed project is in the works for Hollywood Way. The new hotel project will be located at 2500 N. Hollywood Way across the street (to the east) from Burbank Bob Hope Airport. According to the City of Burbank's website:
The proposed project would construct a new hotel in Phase 1, and either an office building or hotel in Phase 2. Existing structures on the project site include the 9-story Marriott Hotel with approximately 488 rooms, and the adjacent Convention Center totaling approximately 39,000 square-feet in floor area, and both of these buildings would remain.Phase 1 consists of a new 8-story hotel (89 ft. high) with a total of 200 rooms, a total of approximately 136,400 square-feet of floor area, and amenities including a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a community room."
